It’s lovely to meet you.

My work experience includes working with individuals over the past 5 years managing depression, anxiety, and difficult transitions. I approach these experiences with a variety of evidence-based lenses, adjusting to what best meets the needs of my clients, including dance/movement therapy, psychotherapy, trauma informed practices, and mindfulness based approaches. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, school-based, community mental health, and partial hospitalization. Just as I encourage my clients to do, I continue to seek opportunities to learn, and discover new approaches and ways of moving through my therapeutic practice.

I’ve called many places “home” — Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA (where I earned my Masters in Dance/movement Therapy and Counseling at Drexel University), New York — but I landed in Missoula is where my heart found its home among the Montana rivers and mountains.

I love to spend my time moving and being outdoors. I’m a dancer, yogi, skier, backpacker, and whitewater kayaker. These activities fill my cup —  they allow me to move and explore through wild, breathtaking places, in a variety of ways, and include friends and loved ones on my adventures. Through these activities, I’ve found communities that invite me to spend time with others in embodied and authentic ways.

I hold active licenses in Montana (BBH-LCPC-LIC-64926) and Oregon (C7603). I’m a Board Certified Dance/movement Therapist (BC-DMT-1521).

At Running Rivers Therapy, I am committed to cultivating a therapeutic space that is safe, inclusive, and affirming for all individuals. I warmly welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as Black, Brown, Indigenous, immigrant, and undocumented individuals.

As a dance/movement therapist, I honor each person's unique relationship with movement, recognizing and respecting that “ability” holds different meaning for everyone. All forms of bodily expression—including stillness—are invited in this practice.

My commitment is to provide culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities. I humbly recognize that learning, unlearning, and growth are ongoing processes, and I strive to serve my clients with compassion and integrity.
